Larry Stover (Chairman & Chief Executive Officer)
Larry Stover has worked in the Polymer business for forty years, followed by ten years in the Life Science business. Having a Bachelor degree in Chemistry and Math, he also received a Master's degree in Management from Marietta College. Employers included General Electric, Borg Warner, and Polyone. Job content included various aspects of Polymer development, and he was a Group Manager at GE in R&D as well as Director of Technology at Polyone. He also managed two manufacturing sites, and did stints in Marketing and Sales. He has been focused on Product Commercialization for Bethanamist, and is now CEO.
Kenneth J. Wiant, Ph.D. (Chief Financial Officer)
In addition to his role as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Bethanamist, Ken Wiant is Professor of Finance at Tennessee Tech University. During Dr. Wiant's 28 years as a faculty member at Florida Atlantic University and Tennessee Tech, he served his institutions with over 12 years in administrative and professional leadership roles as Associate Dean of FAU's College of Business, Associate Vice President for Finance for four of FAU's seven campuses, Campus Vice President (campus executive) for three of FAU's campuses, Director of TTU's Technology Institute, Interim Dean of TTU's College of Business, and Interim Department Chair of Computer Science in TTU's College of Engineering.
Prior to earning his Ph.D. in 1991, Ken was a commercial lender and banking center manager for a large Florida bank. He served in the U.S. Air Force (1975-1979) as a crew chief of the F-4 Phantom II fighter aircraft.
